That looks like a monster.....does it all have to come off to change the oil and filter?

Yes

Once you jackup the front of the car enough that you can get under it, it only takes five minutes to get it off.

I see you have 8 bolts, I just did my own oil change and there were only 6 bolts in, the ones on the sides are missing. Guess the tech at the dealer was in a hurry and thought I wouldn't need them.?

The plastic inserts strip out easily; tighten only by hand! I got extras in case I forget the next time.

I know, I only hand tightened them but some are already stripped from the dealer service. But I believe the 2 missing screws on the side don't have plastic inserts. Seems to hold without them anyways.
