Announced yesterday on OASIS:

Announcing Customer Satisfaction Program 12M02 Supplement #3

Customer Satisfaction Program 12M02 Supplement #3: Certain 2011-2014 Model Year Vehicles Equipped with SYNC® and MyFord/MyLincoln Touch™. Warranty Extension Covering Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) Software and Hardware. Please see FMCDealer.com for more details.

I don't know what difference it makes, but this is now referred to as a Customer Satisfaction Program vs Field Service Action.

Hopefully, they extend this to the 2015 as well. The APIM in my 2015 C-Max just went out, so I am looking at a $1k repair to get the thing fixed. Same part number in the 2014 C-Max is still covered under the CSP warranty. I opened a case with Ford, so hopefully other folks with 2015s that have a problem with their APIM get covered.

Feel your pain, my '13 APIM just went out too, 3 months after the 12M02 warranty expired.    Ford said "Oh well, it's around $1000" too.     Good stuff, i'm wondering how hard it is to replace it myself, there are PLENTY of APIMs on Ebay between $99 to $400 that have the same plugs and connections as what mine has..  I'm not sure what is needed to be done to make it work after replacing it.
