Bill-N Posted February 7, 2014 Report Share Posted February 7, 2014 This per OASIS: Feb 06 2014 4596 -2013 CMAX - Multiple Communication Codes - Harness Pinch Chafe Points Some 2013 C-MAX vehicles may exhibit multiple diagnostic trouble codes related to module network communication faults. Prior to following normal diagnostics check for possible wiring harness chafes that may be present under the carpet near the driver or passenger front seat frame and near the rear roof pass through to the lift gate on drivers side. If concerns are found, repair the circuits as required following procedures outlined in Wiring Diagram, Section 5-1. If no concerns are found, follow normal Workshop Manual diagnostics.
