Why do you only use them in the winter ?

I would imagine because of the snow/salt and other dirt that occur in the winter that is horrible on the carpet in the car. In the summer, you might get some wet and dirt but it typically isn't corrosive like the salt and other chemicals used on snow.

Living here in WNY, we def. have winters and salt.

I have the black ones with the stone interior. they look good.

I agree about not going up far enough on the left drivers side or on the pass. side rear should go under the seat lip a bit farther.

I like the look of the factory carpeted mats.   I mainly just want to keep the snow, shush and salt off the carpet.

The Husky mats work well but I don't care for the looks of plain plastic.  Kind of looks like a work truck.

I know people that always cover up the carpet and mats to protect them year around.  They say it is better for resale.  That is true but I enjoy the look from the factory.  I did have to replace the factory mats in my last car as I wore them out.  If they last 5 or 6 years I am good with that.  To each his own.

I have received pictures from Husky showing their product installed in a C-Max.  The front mats cover much more of the carpet!  Now wondering if the tan matches my stone interior or if I should go with black?

Just received my Husky mats and they fit great and cover much more than the Weathertech ones that I returned!

I have OEM mats.  But for those that don't, perhaps you could post some pictures.

I have attached pictures of the Husky mats that cover more than the Weathertechs and much more than the OEMs.  Wish I hadn't wasted the $175 or so on the factory installed OEMs.

I have Weathertech on both my C-Maxes. They have worked well and clean easily.  When I resell at 300K the carpet will still look great!
