Bill-N Posted February 4, 2015 Report Share Posted February 4, 2015 (edited) TSB 14-0206 OVERHEAD CONSOLE LOOSE OR RATTLING Publication Date: November 4, 2014 FORD: 2012-2014 Focus 2013-2014 C-MAX ISSUE:Some 2012-2014 Focus and 2013-2014 C-MAX vehicles may exhibit an overhead console that is loose or rattling. ACTION:Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition. SERVICE PROCEDURE A service repair kit is now available to resolve this concern. Obtain the Overhead Console Modification Repair Kit. Refer to the instruction sheet contained within the kit to complete the repair.
