Happy new owner of a 2015 C-Max!

I have found this forum very usefull so far and am happy to register and participate int he future.

So far I have no complaints really.

I really like the mesh pocket located on the passenger side by the passengers knee. You can put a cell phone in there really easy or anything really.

I would really like to find a matching one for the drivers side, to put my cell phone in.

I see quite a few on amazon but none are even close to the same shape or match the material.

Will try ebay next and see if I can find anything.

In the meantime I am just curious if anyone has found one?

Did you find the little area on the floor along side the driver's and passenger's seat that is a handy place to store a small umbrella?

My 2015 C-Max also has a little pocket on the left side of the passenger side seat which is great for holding small items, including perhaps your cell phone?

I added two pictures showing the pocket and the pocket with an envelope in it just to show the width and depth.

Just paying it forward!  I didn't know about the pocket until a couple of weeks ago when I read about it over on the Energi board.  Same for the umbrella pockets on the floor.

Some C-Max owner's didn't have the pocket, don't know what year it was added or what trim level it comes with.  Mine is a 2015 with leather and 303A package.

My 2014 with cloth seats has the pouch on the side, which I also had never really noticed. I think I probably just thought it was a seam.

My cell phone rides nicely between the emergency break handle and the console.

OK, I also have a 2014 with cloth seats.   I keep forgetting to look to see if it is there.  Could be useful but as you said I never really noticed it.

2013 SEL leather 203 package. No pocket. Must have just added it in 2014.

Also

Did you notice the area under the rear seat. I keep a full size golf unbrella under there. I slides in just below the release to fold down the seats on either side. I love that. Just open the back door and there is the umbrella. I also keep my ice scraper and brush under there.

Does anyone have a picture of this passenger side mesh pocket?  My 2013 doesn't have one.  I wonder if it's something I could add?

The mesh pocket is on the side of the floor console by the passenger seat.  The pocket slot is on the passenger seat as shown in the pictures earlier in this post.

I did not think of that but I am always looking for a place to put mail that I need to drop off at a mail box.  Good place to put it and it is in sight so I don't forget about it.

What was i writing about now?

I saw this recently and, for those of us with '13s, it looks like it might be a decent alternative. Not sure if it is any good but, for the price ($1.18), I figure it is worth a try.

Very nice find!  Sure can't bet the price either!

There is one picture showing the add on mesh pocket near the bottom of the page, right below the I-phone that is standing up in the pocket.  I believe that picture is from a C-Max, Escape, or Kuga (Ford Escape model overseas).

I remember seeing that triangular piece on the side of the floor console right above the front portion of my factory mesh pocket.  Check my picture in reply #12.

I just ordered a couple.  We'll see how well they work.  I also saw them for $1.15, but even I'm not that cheap.  :-)
