Gotta fix the rear seatbelt

On my car, the rear seatbelt drivers side is completely missing. I just discovered this today. How to best fix this?

It's not just stuck under the seat or anything? why would someone remove it completely?

 

other than a salvage yard or something to find a replacement. You can probably order a new one thru Ford or Ford Parts online. maybe ebay.

On my car, the rear seatbelt drivers side is completely missing. I just discovered this today. How to best fix this?

A missing seat belt is a safety item. The dealer should replace it for free. I know that our 2002 Civic had seatbelt problems long after the warranty ran out, and they fixed it free of charge. I would at least go to the dealer and ask.
