Power to accessories with push button start

I am still waiting for delivery of my C-Max, but I was looking through the owners manual to educate myself. I didn't see anything in there about power to the radio and other accessories for the SEL with push button start. My husband thought the radio played on the car we test drove until the doors were opened, but he wasn't sure. Has anyone paid attention to this?

We have the SEL.  I am not totally clear what your question is, but the radio, gps, etc.turn off after you push the button to turn off the car and then open the door. The gauges and MFT screen all slowly disappear when you open the door to get out.

I just read your post to hubby and he thinks you are asking about how to leave the radio on when parked.  If that is so, just push the start button without your foot on the brake.

That is correct just push the start with your foot off the brake, but the radio will go off after awhile, you MAY see the battery saver screen if the battery is to low, then you will have to start the engine to charge it up,.. the radio will stay on for 20 min or so, than you just push the start button again, I know, I fell asleep while waiting for the wife, (shopping takes for ever), had to turn it back on so I could sleep better! :)
