MFD/backup sensors not working right.

Hi, I'm a bit new here.  I tried searching for the topics I'm looking into but didn't get very far.

I have a 2013 SE with ~60k miles.  It's been a great car so far other than a couple minor issues.

Currently, the radio will not turn on although I see the power "button" on the MFD, the back up sensors aren't working, and nothing happens when I pull the lever for the voice commands.  Navigation seems to know where I am and the other audio options turn on, but the "Audio Off" words are on the dash.

I read in a couple places to pull fuse #67 with the power off, start the car and get the engine to fire up.  Let it idle for 5 minutes, shut it down, reinsert the fuse, then restart the car.  This should force a reboot of the MFD, which it appears to have done.  However, nothing changed.

Any other ideas before I have to drag it down to the dealer?
