Audio off in 2013 C Max hybris

Got in the car and screen showed Audio Off. No amount of button pushing worked. Saw a video on You Tube about pulling fuse 69 and 79 but cannot get the fuse box lid off. Dealer didn’t know how to remove fuse box lid and never heard of the Audio Off problem. Did not know how to fix it but if I brought the car in, there would “play around” and see if they could fix it. $70.00 for them to play around? I don’t think so. Anyone know how to take the fuse box lid off? What a ridiculous problem and the dealer was no help. Hoping someone out there can help. 2013 C Max hybrid with 37500 Miles. Thanks

This a is message about disabling noise cancellation.  It has good pictures to access the front fuse box which is underneath the glove compartment accessed above where the front seat passenger puts their feet.  By the way, this is also where the cabin air filter is accessed.  I have replaced a fuse myself.  It should be very possible without dealer help.  I did not have a fuse puller and as I recall I used needle nose pliers.  I vaguely remember the clips just pull off and push on, but if that is not the case then they turn.

There is more fuse information in the manual which I find useful to use the digital version which is on the web that allows for easy search.  Here's the 2013 manual.  http://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/catalog/owner_guides/13cmhom3e.pdf I just used it to make sure the fuses you were searching for were the ones I linked to.  There is another panel of fuses in the back of the car.
