2016 Ford C-Max....Hybryd (not Plug-in).

Battery warranty 8yr/100,000?

During this Hybryd Warranty period as shown above...Battery is is fully covered by Ford up to the 8yr/100,000 Miles....not Pro-rated after the basic 3 yr Warranty?

To be clear, the hybrid battery has the 8 year/100,000 mile warranty; the 12 volt battery is not covered under that warranty. The hybrid battery should be fully covered for the 8 years/100,000 miles, not pro-rated.

Thanks to all....gives me some piece of mind should I decide to keep the max beyond 3 yrs....given costs of those batteries would be very expensive.  I am hoping the 2019 Escape with the Cmax's Hybryd Power train (gas\Elec; Not Plug-in)...will be on the market by early 2019.
