i have a 2013 cmax hybrid. got the MFT update already. have a issue with the touch screen (audio system). Every time when i stopped my car when the audio system is using (listen to music or radio or nav), the screen will NOT turn off and the audio will still continue to play even i turn off the car and locked the doors! i have stand next to my car for 10 minutes and the music is still playing. The only way to turn off the audio system is i have to open the passenger side door and close it so that the screen and audio will turn off. i am afraid that if i forgot to open and close the passenger side door and left, i will drain my batteries to empty. is any one here experienced the same problem? any way to fix it? thanks in advance.
