  1. I received mine today in Waco, TX
  2. Etis is showing a new recall for my car today. The following is all I could find about it on Google: 4127 - Announcing Compliance Recall 13C07: Advance Notice DEMONSTRATION / DELIVERY HOLD Advance Notice - Compliance Recall 13C07 - Certain 2012 and 2013 Model Year Focus Electric Vehicles and 2013 Model Year C-MAX Vehicles Equipped with Intelligent Access Push Button Start System - Ignition Door Chime. Refer to FMCDealer.com Does anyone have any more info?
  3. The update lost all my pairings on my iPhone 4.
  4. I updated my iPhone 4 today. I will have to check for problems.
  5. After weeks of trying and several visits, I finally got the dealer to install the 3.6.2 upgrade this morning. :)
  6. I have had an ongoing problem with my dealer not wanting to install the current MFT update. I was finally able to get them to agree to the update and they had my car all day yesterday. They gave it back to me saying that I had the MFT 3.6 update, but nothing on the car had changed. It was still paired to my cellphone, my EV+ locations were still there, I still did not have the power diagram screen, and I still had the A3 navigation SD card. This morning I called Ford. They told me how to check the car itself to see which version of MFT is installed. To do this: 1. Go to the settings menu 2. Select Help 3. Select System Information 4. The CCPU number will tell you which MFT version is installed 4.27.12058_product is MFT 3.13 (the one I have) 4.30.13171 is MFT 3.6.2 (the one I should have)Ford was nice and got on the phone with my dealer making me an appointment to get it fixed. The dealer still doesn't seem to know what they are doing. They hear that it is a hybrid and just want to shutdown.
  7. After talking to Ford twice, I now have a notice to take my car to take my car to the dealer for an upgrade to 3.6!
  8. Does anyone ever get the feeling Ford doesn't have a clue what is going on? I received the following emails within minutes of each other: #1: Stephen, Thank you for your email in regards to your software update. Your vehicle shows that the Gen 2 3.1.3 has been installed successfully. This is the latest update available for this 2013 C-Max with MyFordTouch. We do apologize for the inconvenience. 9. Laurel, thanks for the response. I did message Ford last night through their website. Please keep your fingers crossed for me that Ford fixes the problem.
  10. syncmyride.com shows the only version my car has had is Gen2 - V3.1.3.
  11. Currently 3.5.1 does not show up on ETIS for my car. I bought the car used from the dealer, so I do not know the service history. I don't know if it has ever shown up on ETIS for my car or if was not applied properly and marked completed. The dealer said there is no way to tell. I guess I am stuck until another update comes up on ETIS.
  12. It hasn't been done since I still have the A3 navigation SD card and syncmyride.com says the current version is 3.13. It is not showing up on etis when they enter my vin. I asked if they could see if the update had already been marked as applied and he said no. They have no way of knowing.
  13. I just had my car in for the headliner recall. I asked them to install the MFT updates since mine was still at 3.13. They refused saying they can only apply updates when their computer system tells them they can. They said those updates weren't showing up under my VIN number. Has anyone out there had the same problem with their dealer or know of a way to get the updates made available from Ford? Thanks Stephen
