I thought my dead battery issues were a thing of the past. ..not so. Happened AGAIN. Dealer supposedly fixed over a year ago. Protecting module in some way .VERY FRUSTRATING.

I puchased my 2013 C Max in December 2012. I took it on a trip up the CA coast...thrilling right? At a camp ground in Big Sur was the 1st of 7 or 8 dead battery episodes. LONG story short...the fix finally was some sort of module harness connection getting wet and shorting out. That was back in August 2014.They somehow waterproofed the connection I suppose. Since then..no dead battery episode.

Hi Tricia..unrelated problem. The headliner on my 13 c max has come loose all across the front edge where it meets the windshield. Just noticed while washing vehicle. Will take to dealer. Hopefully they have simple fix. Very inconvenient ...repeated prob w car. Rick C

I have had this same 'creaking' issue sibce I've owned the vehicle. Gave ir long time to 'fix itself'...not to be. Drives me nuts. Otherwise car is pretty quiet.rc

I'm new to the forum. I have had 4 dead battery happenings since I purchased my C Max in late Dec 2012. After just jumping the first couple times I have taken it to the dealer twice. First dealer did a software update that supposedly took care of the issue. But this week it happened again.took to dealer hoping for quick fix but not to be. They comped me a rentalfor the wkend. I'm hoping that this week will bring a final resolution.
