  1. I got my check! Yahoo! Build date 5/21/2013; purchase date 12/26/2013. Lifetime MPG 40.8 and improving. (February's weather killed my lifetime average but I was also new at driving a hybrid. Plus, its easy to forget you are in a hybrid so I fail to remember to P&G sometimes.) I love my CMAX...just the way she is!
  2. Where do you go on the Ford website to see if you are getting a check? thanks!
  3. Thanks to everyone who responded with info!
  4. Can I revive this topic? I'm wondering if everyone that had their windows tinted last year can share the approximate cost and brand that you used? Any brands having issues? Think spring! :noobie:
  5. Thank you everyone for your input. I have an email out to both Flood and A&K for a quote. The additional information regarding rental service was helpful as well. This is a one car household as well so I'll probably get that too.
  6. In case anyone else has this issue, please check your remote-start owners manual. How-to videos and the dealer state to press the remote button twice within 3 seconds of each other (doors must be locked). That is incorrect, at least for the remote I have. You have to press once but hold it for 5-6 seconds. It then starts as all other documentation references. It works perfectly now even from my 3rd floor window at work. Perfect timing for this years extra cold temperatures in Ohio.
  7. Hi folks! I picked up my CMAX (SEL) last week after the dealer installed the remote start. It worked for several days but then stopped. Its very cold here in Ohio. Is that the reason? Anyone else out there experience this and have a fix?
  8. Hello everyone! I just bought my CMAX (ruby red, 302a, panoramic roof, remote start) on 12/26 turning in my wonderful 2004 Escape XLT w/only 103K miles on it. I've had Fords all my life but never a hybrid. Thank you to all that have posted and responded to questions. I learned a lot on this forum and in time hope to be able to contribute back. A very happy new year to each of you!
  9. Hi! I just purchased my Ruby Red SEL on 12/26. (Pretty excited!) While I think purchasing the ESP is a good idea I'm a bit lost with all of the plan types. Which one(s) did you buy? Are there that many items not covered by the standard warranty? Those with miles on their cars, have you needed/used the ESP coverage? If it makes any difference when I turned my 2004 Escape in (one day shy of 10 years) it only had 103K miles on it. Any advice/clarification would be welcome! :) Katherine
