  1. I have a 2013 and was very pleased until the car went dead this year due to a battery control module. My car has not been right since. I was ready to trade it for a 2010 explorer today and they only wanted to give me 12,500 for the value.

    dead battery

I currently have a 2013 c-max hybrid. I bought it brand new. I have read that in the 2013 there is a issue with the battery going dead because the computer is not shutting down all the systems and they in turn drain the battery. Mine is in the shop right now, has been for over a week, we are waiting for a new battery control module. Anyone know if this fixes the problem for good or am I looking at a on going problem?
