Our Prius did not come with seat heaters, so I had an upholstery shop install them (along with electric-inflatable lumbar supports). The installation allows me to select back+bottom heat, or just back heat. I always choose to heat just the seat back. Now in my C-Max Energi, I find that I miss the ability to heat just the seat back. Does anyone on the Forum know whether the upper and lower heating panels are wired in series or in parallel? If the latter, it may be possible to install a cutoff switch for the seat bottom (and if it is, I will definitely pursue it). For that matter, any information about the seat-heater wiring might be helpful. Thanks in advance.
