  1. This today from OASIS: Apr 01 2014 4779 -2013-2014 Focus, Focus Electric, CMAX, CMAX Energi, Superduty, Fiesta - My Ford Touch - Frozen Or Delayed Update Of Radio Station Display Some customers with 2013-2014 Focus, Focus Electric, CMAX, CMAX Energi, F-Super Duty, and Fiesta vehicles equipped with My Ford Touch may exhibit an intermittent concern while changing radio stations where the screen display appears to freeze and does not display the updated frequency or channel, but the audio output does change. The screen may display the correct frequency or channel after a few minute delay. This may occur on FM, AM bands and/or Sirius channels. Do not attempt to resolve this condition. Engineering is working on a resolution which should be available 2nd Quarter 2014. Monitor OASIS for updates and continue to submit Global Concern Reports.
