I bought the bulb (well, pkg of two) to replace my turn signal lamp, but the instructions in the owner's manual to install it makes no sense. It says to pull the headlight assembly toward the center of the car, but it doesn't want to go that way, only a little ways out. Does the black inner part come away from the clear outer part? Is there some snap to pry off that I didn't see? Thanks! Dennis -
The bulb turns on when the door is open, but turn signal (front driver's side) clicks fast when engaged and does not turn on. Is this a switch or fuse problem? No other issues with lights. I'd prefer to fix myself rather than take it to the dealer, I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks! -
Had to replace left front turn signal light which is relatively easy to do if the manual told you that after you remove the two screws to remove headlight assembly there is also a plastic square nipple that sticks out underneath the plastic by top screw hole. That you need to lift up to be able to remove headlight assembly. I had to get blade screw driver to lift up plastic to release headlight assembly and access turn signal opening. One of the connecting terminals had worn down from vibrations. :headscratch: Paul
