TPMS light could mean that one or more tires are low in air pressure.  It could also mean one or more pressure sensors in the wheels has failed.  IF the light blinks on startup then after a little bit goes solid I think it is highly likely that the battery has died in one of the TPMS pressure sensors.  The sensors can be replaced.  (I don't remember if they need to be programmed into the car's computer).  I like Dorman Products TPMS sensors.  (I checked for a 2013 the part # is 974-066, (they use 315 MHz frequency).  Hopefully Ford did not make a change mid production, ie 2015)...
