HannahWCU
Sometime after I got the 3.5.1 update I tried to run a vehicle health report. I got a message that I had not driven enough and I needed to drive 200 miles. That was 300 miles ago. Anyone else having this issue? I'm really not wanting to take it back to the dealer to fix this. ScubaDadMiami
First, I got the same 200 mile message. I didn't know that it also includes 200 miles after service, apparently. Second, I was having problems running the report after clearly going past 200 miles. My guess--and it was also pointed out to me in the post--was that I didn't have a good phone signal where I attempted to run the reports. Once I waited for an area with good reception, the report ran without issue. It took three tries--two with poor signal--before it worked, but it did work on that third try. You did register for Synch Services online, right?
HannahWCU
Yes, I have registered. I have actually ran 3 reports in the past. This is the first time I have seen this message. The only thing different is the 3.5.1 update. I also have great cell signal.
armoredsaint
to run the report and to see it online, i assume you need the wi-fi going etc?
Bill-N
to run the report and to see it online, i assume you need the wi-fi going etc? No wi-fi needed, just a paired cell-phone and a good signal.

KAL Cmax
If you do have a check engine light on, all the vehicle health report shows online is just that. You are not able to see the codes. It does allow you to schedule an appointment online with a dealership though.

KAL Cmax
I checked Engineering Mode also. Not sure why there is no code present. The check engine light came back on at 2,000 miles with the same issues.
