mnrobitaille Posted July 14, 2013 Report Share Posted July 14, 2013 Every time I log into http://owner.ford.com I notice that even though we've had our C-Max serviced at the Ford Dealership, I am not seeing anything listed under Service History. Either the service department is not inputting records or I am missing something. We've requested service appointments through http//:owner.ford.com & have gotten an immediate response back about the appointment from the dealership, just no service records are being posted.
