jbird8675309 Posted February 25, 2020 Report Share Posted February 25, 2020 Hi I just converted all my back end inside and outside bulbs including license plate bulbs cargo area bulbs except the top brake light bulb to LEDs and what a difference!! Only problem I had is on my left side or driver side my turn signal Amber bulb occurred hyper flashing blinker and the other side worked fine with new LEDs that I bought and I know it's not the new bulbs because when I swapped sides with new LED bulb the same thing occurred and both would work on one side. As soon as I use the old bulbs back the hyper flashing didn't come back so I am guessing I need a load equalizer. It's weird that the passenger side or right side will work perfectly with either new LED bulbs but won't work on both with new LEDs. I cleaned up the contacts, the pins had some corrosion on them so I know it's not a continuity problem I used 7440A Dorman "error free" LED bulbs and only 1/2 worked. Every other LED bulbs that was replaced worked fine. I Used these because everywhere else didn't have in stock the Sylvania 7440A ones would of had to wait.
