  1. Got my C Max back about two weeks ago. It has been working fine. We are praying that it has been fixed. Right now we are watching the display. It is staying on for a little while after I close the doors.
  2. Sorry have not been on in a while. The dealer replaced my electric cooling pump on May 29th. They said that it had a bad relay in it. They kept it until Monday June 3rd. The car has been running fine for the last week. Their are two different kinds of pumps on the car. Out of the three, two are manual and one is electric. When I get my paper work I will post the part number.
  3. Yes that is what the dealer told me. I do not know what they are for. Still waiting to hear from the dealer about the car.
  4. This week the dealer replaced the battery in my 2013 CMAX. When they replaced it the car started to give all kinds of codes. The dealer called the main Ford Company and they are sending an engineer to look at my car. One of the things that one of the codes said was that one of the three water pumps need to be replaced. They do not know if that is the cause of the problem. They do not know which one of the pumps to replace. I have had a loaner from the dealer for about 2 weeks. I have not had any problems with the dealer or the main Ford Company. Everyone has been really nice to me. :)
  5. I had a new problem yesterday. When I started my CMAX the dash board light up but the car did not start. In stead of getting the ready to drive box. I go a box with a wrench and it said see owners manual. When we looked in the owners manual we could not find what the problem was. We did go to the dealer and they said that it had coded. They were happy about that. They said that it should tell what the problem is. We did have it towed to the dealers by the roadside assist. They are keeping it over the weekend. This all happened in one week. It started with a dead battery. Then a weak battery to this new problem. H/as anyone else had this problem
  6. We got our CMax back in February. So we have had it about 3 months and it was running beautifully until Sunday. We went to start the vehicle and it was completely dead. Today we called Roadside service. They came and tried to jump the car and it would not take the jump. Had to have it towed to the Dealers. They just told us that the battery was dead and it need to be charged. We did call the Ford Customer Service to report the problem. The service department told us that they did not have many reports on this issue. So if you have this problem please call Ford Customer Service (800-392-3673) to report the problem.
