Maybe some could do a test that's pretty close? Like no climate, specific miles, flat terrian, same speed? Just a thought. That may narrow down that it's based more on the driver if everything else is roughly the same.

Dad wants to look at other dealers and see what kinda prices we can get. We are also looking at the SE. I did check out some you tube vids and saw the ice storm. Sometimes looks blue and sometimes looks green. Either way it's pretty. Dad likes the white. If he gets the white, it will be too funny because he has a white edge and the cmax looks like a baby edge. Dad also wanted to look at the ford focus. Same car minus the battery. Lots and lots of bad reviews! I will be curious about his wanting to try it after I tell him what I found. He already had one lemon car. That was a hot mess!!!

Just a thought.. Can you turn on the interior light to see? I am trying to think if I have had trouble with finding my tahoes keyhole as its not lit up either. Most places have lights (parking lots) so I don't recall a problem seeing.

Looking on thecinternet, the interior colors are more black or grey. Is the stone a brown or grey? The brochure shows more of a brown/tan. Anyone order a tan interior??

We have a Garmen and have never done an upgrade. I think they are 60.00? Not sure. U buy the upgrade, download to a media stick and then insert the stick into the slot in the car or the gps device. Like I said, we never upgraded the gps so this is only from what my brother said about updating the gps.

I spoke to a rep online. Sync is for those without nav system. It's turn by turn directions. When u get the nav system it automatically tells u the turns. It's 60.00 a yr. guess that's a good alternative to never purchasing updates for the nav system. The rep was very confusing at first. MFT is the touch system - touch screen- and sync comes with it. Well yeah. The nav will tell u where to go lol

I thought the same thing until my dad made mention of it. Hopefully someone can break it down. I amconfused between MFT and the Sync. What do they each do?

2-3 weeks? It's worse than a kid waiting for Santa. I agree. I want to get what I will be happy with for long term. I would love to see a car in that color. Going off a brochure or the Internet is not helpful. I would really love a GREEN car. Ice storm is as close as it gets, lending to greenish hues in the sun from what I have read.

Thanks. It was embarrassing to find out the deal was not done, but at least I had a test drive here in my town with it. Loved zipping around. I was easily getting 38mpg. I was worried about the buttons but quickly learned them.
