did the Gorilla glue foam up? th epolyeurethane nature of GG as it expands I fear woudl cause a bit of a mess...
I make model boats so I have quite the supply of two part epoxies...
Not really, just wet the backside of the carpet, applied a little Gorilla Glue and just pressed on it for a few minutes for it to stick and has been working great ever since.
-
Yeah, had same problem with the carpet of those flappy things that cover the gap when seat go flat came unstuck and just used some Gorilla Glue and glued the edges and no more carpet lift!

Welcome to the C-Max family and let me know when you want to get together. I'm not too far from 'the OC'.

Here's a link to more pictures for the Paris Show: http://www.leftlanenews.com/ford-c-max-2016.html
Just click on the gallery link to the 20 photos they have.
Hmmm... just read article and it say US Ford hasn't decided if these tweaks will be in the US version C-Max. I sure like those sliding rear doors! :)

i'm not sure what kind of sap it is, (parked car on different street that week) but it looks like a fine mist on the glass like if someone sneezed on the windows and boogers got stuck on! Hehehehehe
Good idea on the nail polish remover! Gonna try that out!!! :worship:

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on remove sap from windows.
I've tried everything and cannot get rid of these little drops of sap. Tried glass cleaners, using hot water and trying scrubbing it off, but to no avail.
It's driving me nuts now and looking for anyone who may have come across the same issue.
Trying to avoid using a blade on the problem.
Thanks for any help and suggestions!

I wonder how long before Califorians (Devon, Whhhhhat are you doing here!?) will get those check our way!!!!

Kellytoons, what I meant is if you open your car door and the interior lights do not turn on, that button on the passenger side will not do anything if you press it other than change the colors from whatever you have them at to a lighter blue.
If you have your interior lights to turn on when you enter the car, the right button will turn on all the lights in your interior.
-
Kellytoons- What is going on is that you have the interior lights off when you enter or exit the vehicle.
If you didn't have that feature off, the passenger button would turn all interior lights on and off.
I had the same problem figuring it out when I first got my baby.

Hi all.
I'm thinking of doing this also, trading in my fully loaded SE for a SEL Energi.
But I got the car for 26K and more than likely the trade-in will be worth 18K and with rebates and credits and cash-back with the Energi, it's hard to lose so much in the deal.
And if I keep waiting, I'll lose more into my trade-in and maybe even the state and federal credits will run out!
decisions...... decisions....

I also just noticed this weekend the trim around the small view window on the front passenger side is really loose! Never noticed it.
I guess it's time to take it in and get the overhead lining snapped back together. Damn squeak is driving me nuts!!!

Yeah, I am still down to meet up.
Outside of Los Angeles over here.

Well, I signed up and have my appointment on Friday at 7pm.
Hope to see some of you there! :)

Dumb question, if ford says 38, but tire can handle 51, why not the consistance between the two???
Running mine at 38, but can't stand the squeaking sound on the road when braking sometimes.
Didn't have that problem when I had them at 42psi.
Ok to go 45 psi or go to full 50?
-
You inflate your tires to 50psi??? Isn't the recommended psi 38?
-
yay-yay I got mine today!!!!! :runaway:

Worked perfect for me. :runaway:

MFT update to v3.8 has been released
in Audio, MyFord, Navigation & SYNC
Posted · Edited by xanotos
Well I did it and everything works fine. I'm not sure if it is me, but the screen looks cleaner. Like if the streamlined the edges and lines. Siri Eyes Free works great! Just gotta hold the talk button for 3 seconds. Glad to have that dumb Sync system gone. :)
P.S. Battery screen shows an image of my car and not a fusion.
Update: not sure if this suppose to happen but when you use Siri while listening to the radio, it will switch to 'input' to access Siri and then it won't go back to 'radio'.
Also, 911 Assist is working with me too. Just had to activate it in settings again.
