  1. That's the same thing the service tech told me. He said the connection to Ford would get dropped midway the download. Kept doing that for 4 hours. Update was being done on Wednesday.
  2. Thank you! Thank you! It worked! Didn't know about the Diagnostic Mode, guess I gotta catch up!
  3. Hi all. Well, I finally got version 3.5.1!!!! But now when I touch anywhere on the screen, it registers it somewhere else on the screen. Tired of going back and forth to Service Department, does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance
  4. Same thing happened to me! Sync update would crash midway during download. Tech said it was an issue with download from ford servers. Had to take it in this morning (CEL keeps turning on), so hopefully they will surprise me with the update! :)
  5. After dealership screwed up my update to 3.5.1 I'm also exhibiting those same problems. Man, was so excited to play with 3.5.1!!!!!
  6. Hi all. First time poster, long time reader... Well, my problem is I took my 3 day old C-Max hybrid to get the Check Engine Light coming on fix as well as doing the update to Sync. Dealer wasn't able to load update (Tech told me they would keep losing connection with Ford servers) and I was ok with it because I would take it back when they figured it out. As soon as I drove off the lot, my navi was stuck on dealership location, Sync button on steering wheel wouldn't work and radio wouldn't turn on. I really don't want to go back to dealership and wait another 4 hours, so I read on here about taking fuses out, running car for 5 minutes and then putting fuses back. I can now hear radio (nothing else) but everything else is not working. Anyone has any other suggestion to resolve this problem? Thanks in advance for any assistance any of you might provide.
