I've got the same issue in my 2013 SE with the radio/audio popping and then all sound going away (no parking assist, etc). I also got in a fender bender on the passenger side front fender a few months ago, so now I am wondering if the issues are related. The time-to-pop after staring the car seems to vary a lot for me, with sometimes it going only minutes, and other times going hours without the audio popping and going off. I tried the fuse 69 pull, but it didn't seem to address the problem. I was thinking of trying the fuse 67 and 79 pull as well. Have you had any luck in resolving your problem?

My cmax was built in May, so I was hoping it was outside the affected population based on the earlier version of the TSB, but not the case. Does anyone know how to get access to the FSA wording? Is there a link to the ford service website similar to the TSB above? Thanks.

Hello, My 12v died and I was just about to set up an appointment with the dealer to get a new battery and perhaps have TSB 13-07-10 applied, when the FSA 13B12 - CHECK BATTERY AND REPROGRAM THE FRONT CONTROL/DISPLAY INTERFACE MODULE (FCDIM) showed up on my ETIS. Has anyone else seen this FSA or know what it entails? Wondering if I should still go right to the dealer or wait to see what is in this FSA since per the title it seems to address the issue i'm having and potentially cover the TSB 13-07-10 also. Thanks! Had anyone seen their ETIS info updated yet? I had both updates applied a week ago but ETIS still shows both as pending.

Thanks for the post! Do you know how to identify if your car is in the affected population? Do TSBs like this show up on ETIS?

My dealer said that he will be able to order the headliner parts next week, so expecting to start installs before August 10th. We'll see how it goes!

Has anyone had success getting scheduled for the headliner replacement? I'm being told by my dealer that they don't even have the info to order the parts yet...

In a similar situation to bgs4859, after more or less purchasing a cmax a week and a half ago and now waiting for the parts to come in so that we can finalize the paperwork and take delivery. Has anyone heard of the parts arriving at any dealers? Mine says they are still waiting for Ford to tell them which parts they need to order (so of course nothing ordered yet). Anyone else hear anything different? Thanks for the help! Excited to (eventually) be a Cmax owner too...
