  1. Thanks for all the replies. I'm going to visit my dealer again and see if they can switch the radio to be Sirius XM. I do really like those missing stations. Rick W.
  2. Greetings! I just took possession of a 2013 C-MAX SEL two weeks ago and I love everything about it - except for a bit of bait-and-switch that Ford seems to be engaging in. Has anyone had this problem: In the 2013 C-MAX catalog, the promised technology is a SiriusXM radio, with a free six-month subscription. In the dealer's SourceBook (shown to me by the dealer), the promised technology is a SiriusXM radio, with a free subscription. On the Ford website, the promised technology is a SiriusXM radio, with a free six-month subscription. The radio I received is only a Sirius radio. No XM. Which means that three of my family's favorite stations (KISS LA, ZOO NY and LITE NY) are not available. At all. No matter which package we have. Does it not seem like bait-and-switch when Ford advertises SiriusXM and gives you Sirius? The two are separate, distinct products. With specific capabilities. I want my SiriusXM radio. Any thoughts or suggestions? RickW
  3. How much did I want a C-MAX? I waited 3 weeks for it. The first week was waiting for the dealer to find one in Ruby Red. The second week was waiting because the Ruby Red one couldn't be sold to me due to the headliner safety recall. The third week was spent waiting because, 30 minutes before delivery, they found that a BCM module had to be replaced, and it would take another week for the part to come in. That car was cursed! So I was thrilled when the dealer said they found a twin car to that one, and I could pick it up today. I have nothing to report except that I pushed a bunch of buttons on the drive home and somehow managed to turn the parking lights on and couldn't turn them off. Maybe I should read the instructions...
