The all-new Ford Fusion beat out more than 20 other completely transformed vehicles to win Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com 2013 Best Redesigned Vehicle accolade. “The new Fusion is clearly the hottest-looking car in a class with no fewer than 13 entrants,” says KBB.com, and “the interior is just as striking.” Fusion’s technology enhancements and the power of choice it provides through five powertrain offerings also factored in its win. “Whatever mix of value, power and fuel efficiency you’re looking for in a midsize sedan, the new Fusion has it,” KBB.com says. Ford Motor Company today announced a corrective action to address potential engine overheating that could result in engine fires in SE and SEL models of the 2013 Ford Escape and Ford Fusion models equipped with 1.6-liter engines.
