Mine died with doors unlocked. If battery is dead and doors are locked, how does one open hood to jump the battery???????

Have 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid with 13,000 miles and no hint of a problem until parked overnight in garage and completely dead about noon. Ford service jumped battery and it appears to be OK but will see after another night. Going to carry a jumper just in case from now on. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE SUCH A MAJOR PROBLEM.
