Hi, I'm a bit new here. I tried searching for the topics I'm looking into but didn't get very far. I have a 2013 SE with ~60k miles. It's been a great car so far other than a couple minor issues. Currently, the radio will not turn on although I see the power "button" on the MFD, the back up sensors aren't working, and nothing happens when I pull the lever for the voice commands. Navigation seems to know where I am and the other audio options turn on, but the "Audio Off" words are on the dash. I read in a couple places to pull fuse #67 with the power off, start the car and get the engine to fire up. Let it idle for 5 minutes, shut it down, reinsert the fuse, then restart the car. This should force a reboot of the MFD, which it appears to have done. However, nothing changed. Any other ideas before I have to drag it down to the dealer?

I have a new 2013. I've read that there are software updates for the MySYNC and for the car itself. How do I determine which versions I'm running?

@ MTB... Nice Christmas lights.. .LOL Several changes can add up over time, just like for adding HP, porting-polishing, exhaust, intake, yadda yadda... So.... Pods might at 1 mpg. That could be the first change. I keep reading about active grill openings and a 13B07 software upgrade. I'm assuming the Software can only be upgraded by the dealer; however, I don't want to bring it to those yutz's unless I need to. Is there a way to determine what my version is? What is the grill mod? I'm not finding anything definitive on that, then again, I'm at work when I read this. Another question would be LED lights, externally. Any noticeable improvement to efficiency with changes to LED tail lights, etc.? Thanks Crusty

I came across, and read this entire thread looking for FE tips. I just bought my Cmax Friday, Dec 27, and at 65 mph I track around 40mpg as long as I'm in ECO (cruise control). Short trips I've had 46-69. The hwy miles could use a bit of an uptick I think. So I'm curious as to the effect of the Pods. Has anyone, with the new placement, been able to get an improvement quantified? Thanks Crusty.
