thanks for clearing that up drdiesel1

thanks 1acyd, but I have the pano roof and as far as I know the recall doesn't affect my SEL

Just ordered these from Tire Rack. Should get here Monday. Plan to locate them up in front grille on either side of the blue Ford oval out at the edge closest to the headlights. Will wire them to come on during the daytime but go out at night. Hella 30-degree LED Daytime Running Light Kit

We certainly had them in East Texas, horrible little buggers <sorry for the pun> and itched so bad you would get sores everywhere they bit you.

Can I ask you guys something? First of all 863 miles is very impressive, great job. I'm curious if I may ask, what was the average brake score during this tank. Had to be a consistent high score to see that kind of mileage.

Been trying to tell everyone GasPods are a good deal. Every 2013 CMax should be using them. In time they pay for themselves.

I went to my dealer to show them that the fitment of the black rubber door seal for the tailgate was not covering the edge of the headliner across the middle top area. The dealer decided the headliner was cut too short so it would not stay under the rubber seal. They submitted pictures of the problem area to Ford and it has been determined that my headliner will be replaced under warranty. Liner has been ordered and I will get a call to bring in Maxus when it arrives. For a year I didn't even notice this until I happened to pay closer attention while loading groceries. Everyone might want to check yours closely for fitment of the headliner behind the rubber tailgate seal.

hows the fit overall? does it cover the floor well and conform to the overall shape of the floor pan? Or are there irregularities in the fit causing mis-shaping or distortion of the liner. My concern is the Husky is a allot cheaper than the Digital-fit from WeatherTech, is this because of fitment quality? Can you take some pics and post them?
-
my mistake with my comment about dead pedal coverage. After checking again it seems only the Husky liner completely covers the dead pedal. However I do like the form fit better from the WeatherTech Digital-Fit
-
The DigitalFit floor mats cover the entire floor including the dead pedal. Pricy but worth it, fit perfectly

"You sound like someone that's retired and only uses the car to get from A to B because it's better then riding the bus." Is that such a bad thing? Not everyone thinks the same as to what is important. I for one wanted a fully loaded SEL and got it, a little more than a year ago

had no idea

You guys burned the white house? I must of been sick that day in American History class? ;) Thought the British were the bad guys? kidding no flames please. :victory:

Canada owners get $895 refund? Why's that? Did I miss something? Just curious.

No problem Susanne, hope you had a wonderful vacation. My wife and I are heading to Oahu in February. Nice that others are choosing to join the testing program. Looking forward to hearing from them. I am really starting to get some big AvMPG numbers and posted finally to the 600+ mile club with my sights set on the 700 club next.

What kind of crazy mileage is this?

Hey if you are driving to and from Santa Cruz and Santa Clara? I've seen you maybe? CA 6YZE454?

Some jerk hit our car in a parking lot!

very disturbing news and makes me wish I could put up a force field around my Platinum White paint. -
Paul I'm not quite sure what you said, went over my I.Q. but thanks for taking the time to post it. ;) But I do understand that the numbers at the top of trip1 or 2 are the actual hours, minutes, seconds on a given tank since last reset. What I was trying to say is to get that many miles on a single tank. You must be driving very slow and on very flat roads to get that much out of a tank. I know what it took for me to squeeze out a 602 tank. I can't imagine what it takes to get a 833.

so maybe what I saw was a new 2014 CMax? Looked exactly the same as 2013. Covers were only on the front wheels.
-
looks good and very much like my setup. I finalized my positioning by putting them evenly spaced across the full width with the trailing end about 1 inch from the edge of the rear spoiler. With about 2.5" to 3" of spacing between each GasPod

today I had the strangest thing happen. Threw it in reverse and the backup cam came on as always, but in the middle making it impossible to view the camera was also my screen with my background jpg showing. Anybody else had this happen?
-
You must be driving incredibly slow all the time on very flat roads 100% of the time to get to that number?\

after I tanked up after my 602 my DTE said 562 miles before it would say like 350, interesting it is relearning I guess?
