HI!  In reading your blog on an overheating HVB on your C-Max. I thought i would ask if you know about the two radiators in the C-max. One to cool the engine and one to cool the High Voltage Battery.  If you have not had them both flushed lately, I would would have them both flashed to start and see if that does not help the problem with the overheating.  I usually have my 2013 and my 2016 coolin done twice a year. Check your operator's Manual To see the requirement for flushing. When the dealer maintenance shop will check out the cooling system for leaks at the same time. Let them know what it is doing and we will check it out for you.

I get a woofing sound when my 2013 C Max Starts up the engine some times when the car is under electric power. usually after 40 miles an hour. it stops this sound after the engine is started and is starting to pull the load of the car      I ask the Tech Manage at my dealer about this noise and he said that it is normal to have that sound as it is how the engines starts up at a higher than normal  RPMs.  if the sound is contentious I would consult your Ford service department  for possible causes.
