Sicmadek

So i bought a 2014 c-max with 90k miles and have put almost 3k miles on it so far. Yesterday i decided to pour in some regane high mileage fuel system cleaner in while i filled up the tank. After 10 or so miles the cel comes on. Its p013a which is for slow responding o2 sensor. Could it be from the regane doing its job and throwing the o2 out of whack? Or did the regane just kill a old o2?
