i've changed oil - Ravenol SFE 5W-20. 

I would like to use a very good oil. For my would be enough information if API SN is good or I must to find oil with WSS-M2C945-A. 

Another oil - Petro canada supreme 5w-20 - is it a good type of oil for 2013 c-max hybrid

Can I connect GPS antena to my Smartphone?? I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and there is a low signal of GPS - can I use GPS antena of the car ??

Manual:

• Coolant Temp – Indicates engine coolant temperature. At normal operating temperature, the level indicator will be white and will be in the normal range (between H and C). If the engine coolant temperature exceeds the normal range, the level indicator will change to red to indicate that the engine is overheating. Stop the vehicle as soon as safely possible, turn off the vehicle and let the engine cool. The thermometer indicator next to the gauge will illuminate in blue or white to indicate the following (not available for Energi vehicles): • Blue thermometer - This indicates that the hybrid system is not warm enough to allow EV operation. The gasoline engine will typically run continuously when the indicator is blue.

Note: During silent key start mode, the thermometer indicator will be blue, but the gasoline engine will not run. This is the result of the vehicle computer allowing the engine to be cooler during the silent key start period. This is normal operation and does not indicate a problem with your vehicle. After the first engine start the indicator will turn white when the gasoline engine is warm enough to turn off.

• White thermometer - This indicates that the hybrid system is warm enough to allow EV operation. If the vehicle operates on battery power long enough, it is possible that the gasoline engine may need to run to keep the system warm. In this case, the thermometer indicator will revert back to blue.

Blue thermometer - This indicates that the hybrid system is not warm enough to allow EV operation. The gasoline engine will typically run continuously when the indicator is blue

To increase fuel economy I have to add one more heater - in EV coolant hose. 

My heater is to protect engine in cold weather :)

Today:

Outside temp - 35F

Time - 90 min. 

Engine temp - 35F and after 90min - display shows 1mm of white, after 60sec of engine running- 3/4 of normal temp. 

I'm waiting for very cold weather ( minus 5F at least). 

Today. 

Outside temp - 32F, Engine temp - 32F, time - 50 min, left side of engine - 135F, Right side of engine - 120F. My view - coolant temp - did not show anything - I do not know why. I can't find temperature sensor. 

but to improve EPG  you  need to raise temperature of inverter to :) 

But this is not my priority :)

Now I must to check how does it work. 

I mean I know how but I need to check in very low temperatures. Today is only 32F - to 122F in 15-20 minutes (at heater). 

Where is the engine block temperature sensor?? - temperature display did not show high temperature.

Now I must check how to connect it and do some tests. I hope that this two pumps allows the flow of fluid.

Of course but tell me what is the direction of fluid flow :)

1500W will by ok. From -4F to 131F - in 90 minutes (in 2.0 engine). At 131F the heater will off and on at 122F.

I replaced the transmission one year ago but never tought about the heater. I must to try :) If i found proper size of heater. 

Yes, I know but I must to buy 230V heater. On ebay is only 110 for c-max hybrid. In Poland is only Mondeo hybrid (Fusion Hybrid) - only 2015 - it is to new car to found aftermarket parts. 

And - I like to get dirty in the garage :)

I want to buy engine block heater in Poland but i do not know what is the size of the thread. I found Part 11409 NPT heater - 3/4" (the seller write that it physically measures to 1"). Could you write what is the thread size of original heater?? Thanks for help. 

I want to add OEM Rear view camera to my 8" touchscrean. I must to check it in my sister's fusion hybrid 2013. 

Can I Add rear view camera for my c-max - 2013 hybrid SE (no navi, no park assist). Can I simply buy a camera and connect it to my 8" touchscreen(my ford touch).
