This car is a joke I'm so glad I didn't buy a C-Max. I was literally at the lot about to sign the paperwork and I decided to test drive it one more time and it did the infamous battery drop. Then i found the forums. C-Max brings new meaning to the acronym Found On Road Dead for FORD. Their attempted fix was just limiting the radio so you cant even listen to the radio unless the engine is on! Talk about wasting gas. What a lazy pathetic fix. It was a 2015 also, one of the newer versions. Ford never fixed it, they just discontinued the vehicle instead. Dodged a bullet. I bought a buick lucerne, extremely reliable I can let it sit for months and the engine always starts. I can listen to the radio for hours with just the ACC on and the battery never degrades. Feel bad for anyone that bought one of these piece of shit fords. if you can even call it a vehicle. Its like a cheap chinese lawnmower. Even a lawnmower starts up more reliable then c max LOL
