I'm posting this in September of 2022. We have a 2013 Ford C- Max hybrid that we purchased as a certified used car from a Ford dealer. There have been some recalls and issues over the years, but mostly it has performed very well. It has 107,000 miles and we'd like to keep it going. We are having the same battery parasitic leaking issue as described and have had AAA here to unlock the car and then jump the 12 V starting battery. We have tried various things, but the overnight parking tends to cause a lockdown and shutdown at least a couple times a month. This is not a primary vehicle so we have dealt with it, but we'd like to resolve it. Any updates on specifics of fuses or updates or resets. We do have an appt at the dealer on 10/3 for 2 recalls, one door latches and one bushing, and also hope that they can resolve this. I'm not mechanical, but pretty local and have found some other forums very helpful. Someone in that forum directed me to this thread.
Thank you.
