Hi all, I’m experiencing an issue on a 2018 C Max radio. 8” single CD player. the problem happened gradually. First the radio would completely shut down but would start working again after the car was shut down for a bit. This started happening more rapidly for a couple of weeks, then the radio stopped working completely. Now the radio will not power up at all. I’ve removed the radio and tested the power, it appears as if I have power to the radio but still nothing at the radio. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any thoughts on what the issue could be? Could this be a sync issue? I cannot master reset the radio as it will not power on. Thanks
