Very helpful.My last invoice after a recall visit included ...... had to do IVD ..reset all to recall....... All othe acronyms ( and there were many) was on your list.

We have had this happen 4 times. These occur randomly and about every 4 - 6 months. When it happens everything is completely dead. I now carry a battery pack in the trunk. A 5 minute or less jolt seems to all that it takes. Ford seems baffeled. They have tried everything including total reprogramming. our C-max is 2013.
