Hello! First of all, I just want to say that I am stoked to have bought a Cmax and to be posting to this community for the first time. I am living my Cmax and it is exceeding my expectations in almost every way. I do have one niggle at this point though - I have been hearing some rattling from the headrest area that sounds like ball bearings and it has been driving me crazy. It really sounds like the headrest (but I have poor hearing and it is hard for me to tell). I did notice that the headrest was not "snapped" into place all the way on one set of notches on the masts. I also tried tilting the headrest forward to see if it was a mechanical issue. Finally, I took the car to the dealership and had them replace the headrest under warranty but the issue persists. Has anybody heard this sound? Does anybody have any idea where it could be coming from or how to fix it? This car is otherwise vault quiet but this particular sound is rather more annoying than other car rattles I have heard.
