Garage kept 2015 C-Max Hybrid, 12,456 miles. I turned on the car to go home last night and the car shook violently and a weird sound came from underneath the dash. I turned off the climate control and it stopped. I was at the dealership first thing this morning. They found a rat's nest of clean insulation blocking the blower motor. (photo attached) Service said this is the 3rd C-Max they have seen, with over 10,000, that had the same problem. They cleared it out and all is well. Interesting that this is happening to more than one car though....
