There are several you can unlock with a smartphone (schlage for one), but they are pricey and most require a monthly subscription.

The Nav section of my MFT home screen usually displays the current street name under the compass. For the last week or so, the street name is not being displayed. It shows up on the main Nav screen. This happened once before and eventually cleared up. Any suggestions? I haven't tried a reset yet.

We've had CMAX for about 3 months now. Just this week I noticed I can see part of the license plate and rear bumper at the bottom of the display. Since I just noticed it, I'm wondering if the camera mounting has slipped. Does anyone else see plate or bumper in there backup display?

Someone backed into the driver door in a parking lot. Dealer body shop tells us 1 to 3 weeks. Been almost 2 weeks so far and no new door yet. Other concern is how well they can match the tri-coat white paint.

The package includes both the soft-side box and a cargo net. Looking at the instruction sheet, the kit is not C-Max specific. Like some others, I had to ask my salesman what and where the Cargo Management System listed on the sticker was. He checked and had to order it for me. I don not think it's worth what they charge for it.

I guess you just give them the key-fob?

Since my phone's contact list was downloaded during pairing, I assumed you can use a contact as a Navigation destination. If so, I can't figure how.

I'm a bit confused about the lack of advertising too. If I hadn't gone to the Ford website to look at the new Escape, I would have never known about the C-MAX. And my wife would have bought a Honda CRV (dull but dependable) instead of a C-MAX.

The user manual explains how to temporarily fix a flat using the TMP (small air compressor and sealant) it goes to note "After sealant use, the TPMS sensor and valve stem on the wheel must be replaced by an authorized Ford dealer". Anyone had to do this yet? Sounds a bit pricey for fixing a flat.

There is a roof rack kit at accessories.ford.com. Thule mounts and aero rails for $ 485. Bike carriers are about $ 200 each. Way too much for me. Will wait and see who else comes out with roof kits.

Has anyone installed a name brand (Thule, Yakima, etc.) roof kit for bikes? I did see one brochure from a local dealer that listed a Thule kit.

Ordered one on Oct 6 after a test drive at a local dealer. I was impressed with the performance given it's a hybrid and the interior fit and finish was pretty good. The salesman guessed 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
