I do feel the same as many here but My CMAX has been to the dealer more in the first 1000 miles than my 2010 Prius in 2 years 40, 000 miles

I have the same off route problem I was told by Ford the fixed it in non hybrid cars and now working on it for hybrid cars seems there is more programing for them story or truth ????? Cmax is very nice car without my ford touch did we say refund price of Navi anyone???

Have the same problems listed as above with my wifes car Del 1 /10/ 13 Dealer aware of problem was told by them yesterday that they have fixed it in non hybrid cars but the fix for hybrid cars is taking longer cause of programing. Sound like BS I will give them alittle longer to fix then demand money back from FOrd as its useless as is

yes kinda blue light can't change or dim it The must have moved something but not fixed

Well it was a module dealer ordered it lights never worked funny thing tho they work now 1 color no dim before module installed strange love the way the door color changes

Well back to dealer for some adjustments........could not get the ambient lighting to work they ordered module funny thing it worked on way home Navigation off about 50 feet driving thru water fields ewtc but when a destination set keeps redirecting turns, u turns and useless information. Ford working on fix!!!! Passenger door out of adjustment MIleage fine 42 around town 39 mph mixed with 70+ mph highway..........seems fine Hopefully after being there 2 days and back again next week all fixed Traded 2010 Prius 5 in this car blows away the prius in every way except mileage ( no problem work the improvements) there may be alittle less storage in Cmax but ride ride height solidness and other features worth the trade offs

well I see no light what so effect played with both knobs to no avail guess its a quality control problem

No matter what I do ambient lighting won't even come on in any color ford help doesn't know dealer doesn't know anybody have this problem isthere a seperate switch or fuse owners manual useless

Still can't get my lighting to work looked everywhere switches on ceiling do nothing any ideas????

Well finally got my wife her cmax SEL order sterling gray ended up with white tric oat with stone Traded our 2010 Prius 5 loaded Prius was excellent car excellent mileage but seats were crap and interior noise terrible. Looked at cmax saw it was the first real competion to Prius Cmax blows the prius away for ride quality, quietness interior, seats and sound system to start. More features for a cheaper price just hope I can see 40 mpg......can't seem to get Ambiant lighting to work or change colors any ideas????
