Yes armoredsaint, same issue started happening to me. It's intermittent though. When it's not working this is what happens: - button on dash won't open the rear hatch - button under the handle on the rear hatch won't open the hatch - remote won't open the hatch - kicking under the bumper won't open the hatch I hear a clicking noise, but no movement. Have to force the hatch closed against the straining gears in the struts. Is someone saying this is a mechanical issue that the dealer can fix? Not programming, or a sensor? Rick
