Access to GPS data in non-nav 2013 C-Max SEL?

I have a 2013 C-Max Hybrid SEL and am interested in keeping track of where I drive (I'm making a map of where I've been in 2016). The car obviously has a GPS somewhere to support the EV+ mode. Is there a way to get access to that data and record it? Would it show up on the OBD-2 port?
