That's how my transmission sounded when it failed. I've got a used one out of junkyard ($1000) paid mechanic to replace it ($700). That's about it..... drives great now. Ah, forgot, had to buy ATF, transmission fluid, don't remember how much, but I've got a whole case on ebay.
