Hello all, I'm new here and new to having vehicle with this many bells and whistles. I bought a used 2013 C-Max Energi and am completely in love with it. The young lady who owned the car before me had abysmal numbers sporting an average MPGe of 35 and change. A little over 12k of the 53k miles were EV so I'm thinking there were some lead footed highway miles mixed in there. I've driven like a grandpa for a number of years and have improved on her numbers considerably but I'm noticing that the numbers are trending up on the same route over my admittedly short test cycle. Is it that the car is learning my route or that I'm learning to drive the car more efficiently? In any other car I would take credit but I have the uneasy feeling that the EV+ mode is going to start calling me Dave and icing crew members.

Hi. I bought a 2013 C-Max Energi this past weekend and I'm still trying to navigate all of the new bells and whistles. The sheer number of options is baffling. I've noticed that I have access to MyFord Mobile but when I tried to register my vehicle it says that it is already registered to another email address, which I presume is the former owner. Not only would I like to have full access to this option but I would like to limit the former owner's access to my vehicle. Does anyone have any guidance in this matter? I don't see on the MFM site an option to contact the administrators. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As an aside, I'm excited to be part of this community and am pleased to see so many owners who are obviously as enamored with their vehicles as I am, even after years of ownership.
