  1. My dealership service says they can't find a problem and there is nothing wrong? It doesn't seem correct or logical! here is what happens, below. Anyone has had this issue?

    2016 c-max energi has been charging decreasingly. 18 is probably full and I am getting 11-13. Dealer found a secondary module problem in '22 seemed to fix the problem, then in 2023 the problem started again. Dealer now updated the sync of charging equipment and the charge shoe 18, but the charged battery discharges very fast! it can travel the same distance as a 12 charge. ford customer service was no help! they referred me back to dealer.

    anyone else having problems like this with battery pac?

    anyone had to replace your battery pac?

    also, i have periodic 'engine light' warning - it has not stayed on. dealer can't find a code about this.???
