Well, it is now August 2017 and it's still happening. My Sirius update got stuck at 0% couldn't accept a refresh signal from Sirius. I tried the master reboot to no effect. Then I tried fuses #73 and #79. That worked. Thanks. No way was I going to try the battery reset.
